where is the old System-menu gone in unstable?

When I click on the gnome-menu-bar I got now only GNOME-Control-Center under System. Where is the old System menu gone? For example Alacarte menu option is missing.

That change was made upstream, all items should still be available in the control center. Look at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398391 regarding Alacarte.
