Howdy,

I plan to clean up my desktop system. Is GNOME 2.28 entirely in testing repo? Can I install it safely on a production system or should I wait?

It's working fine here, no big issues currently. your mileage may vary.

Thank you, I'm going to try it ASAP (currently I'm on unstable on my playground system).

BTW, unstable and testing ISOs are too big to fit in a CD...

EDIT: I tried to burn the CD with overburning but it doesn't start at all: GRUB tells me there's a disk error. (?)

I assume you mean the x86_64 versions. This will be fixed in tomorrow's images.
