Found a bug that concerns Blender,
Blender Build (stable) is not able to open a file from the command line, it means that if you have a blend file and click twice on nautilus, it starts blender but with the default scene.
I thought it were mime-type problem, but then I tried to do through command line a blender -w test.blend and it turns out that blender opened with the default .B.blend file instead of the test.blend one.
Even though it doesn't work from outside, blender does work correctly and opens it files using its inside open file option ( F1 ) .
The problem only concerns the /usr/bin/blender file, which bytheway is a wrap bash script created by Amnon.
Which means that the script is wrong somewhere

( didn't inspect it yet )
