hi admin

why compiz is so outdated??

version 0.8 is out an in the repo there is a very very old version!
-----------------------------

EDIT: i have do the repository (sources + specs file) with all the newest version of compiz (that isn't call "compiz-fusion" but only "compiz" now)
what i have to do now?

in the repository is the (old) stable version of compiz.. new stable (0.8.0) is out since 2009-02-20... before there were only betas..

i abitually use PKGBUILD of Archlinux...it is a "little bit" more complicated this metod XD

but...but...BUT: never scare in april i have free time so i'm going to understand something

normal it is easy. Download the source-tarball. use the Specs gen by kim. Create a source-local-repo and build your own packages with upkg-build --verbose after you added your local repo to /etc/upkg.conf
