I just added the app mixxx. It is a simple dj-program supporting the hercules djconsole. Since I started as a dj I needed a program for paldo doing it for me.
The best thing is, you can record your session on the fly. My AMD X2 4800+ uses only 32 % CPU power running mixxx with two tracks similar. Only if you move the window of mixxx I got sound issues. It isn't the best card in that pc. Only a AC97 chip but on even that thing it works. Seems I can dj away now even on a netbook with paldo. More info about mixxx you can find here.
