Just an FYI out there for anyone with 3G WAN Cards, I had to create a device node (mknod /dev/ppp c 108 0) before I could connect to mine properly.. Otherwise it was a pretty basic setup, the new connection wizard detected my verizon usb dongle, I accepted the stock settings and was able to instantly connect.

Is there a bugzilla for this kind of stuff?
