Administrator Posts: 426 Registered: 2004-09-09 | No, --enable-source would work here, too, but I'd recommend you to just wait a few hours and then install the binaries, it's easier and less errorprone. |

Although the connection is fine enough to post this so what's wrong?

This error "could not resolve www.paldo.org" means that ou had a failure on your connection during the resolution of the dependencies.
Since you're saying your connection is fine, could you tell what is your network card and see if there is any error on the dmesg output.
Also it could be a problem concerning dns. Try again. I always receive this error when my network fails, even though networkmanager automatically reconnects right away, but not soon enough. .............................. OSs: Paldo-testing x86_64 :: HP Pavilion dv9680ez |
