In Paldo we are using UTC-time which is the only right time mode.
Windows and some other Linux-Distributions don't using UTC at all.

When you want to get rid of the problem and you're using another OS use this code in a terminal to fix the problem:

sudo sed -i -e 's%HWCLOCK_UTC=1%HWCLOCK_UTC=0%' /etc/default/time


We will still keep UTC for paldo.
