Moderator Linux-Dude Posts: 1187 Registered: 2006-11-23 | The new kernel 2.6.24 is out now. It joined i386 and x86_64 to the new architecture x86.
Does it mean for paldo that we will have only x86-images for both 32 and 64?

Administrator Posts: 426 Registered: 2004-09-09 | No, the x86 and x86_64 merge is only an internal kernel change. x86 and x86_64 are two different architectures, so we'll always need to separate the packages in paldo. |
