dmraid-1.0.0.rc13 might fix that problem. It's planned to put it together with linux 2.6.19 in paldo testing in a few days.

I'll try it again with the new upgrade of paldo testing and wrote you.
Is there a way to disable the raid-detection anyway?

linux-2.6.19.1-paldo4, now in testing, supports the nodmraid boot option. Just add it to your kernel command line in grub and tell us whether it works.

I hope like this:

Code[In neuem Fenster öffnen]
title paldo testing (linux 2.6.19.1-paldo4-noraid)
kernel /boot/linux-2.6.19.1-paldo4 root=/dev/sda1 vga=0x317 nodmraid
initrd /boot/initramfs-2.6.19.1-paldo4
savedefault
