Most of the time when one thinks of a product from Switzerland, one thinks of efficiency. Watches that simply work forever, banks that keep money forever and chocolate that tastes great almost forever. Software generally doesn't come to mind when thinking of Swiss, at least not for most people. However, two students at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Switzerland are about to change that.

Recently, I was reading a comment on a new distro, well relatively new, that was pretty damn bold. In his interview on www.linuxtitans.com/site/interview author Superbnerb claims "You've heard it here first people. This distro will be on the tip of everyone's toungue, in about 3 months. Watch the Distrowatch rankings (Or the linux titans rankings, coming soon). This distro will make it to the top ten in a year's time." Now, I have reviewed a boat load of distros, was one of the first to do reviews on little ones such as LinuxMint, Dreamlinux and PCLinuxOS, even had interviews with several of those distro authors, and never have I had the audacity to predict something like this. Simply put, I had to give this Swiss distro a go, reach out to their developers myself and see how this thing ticks....
