Well I noticed when I click on properties nautilus starts again. Seems something wrong here. Hope it will be fixed soon. Does somebody else has this same problem in unstable branch?

seems it happens only on x86 atm. x86_64 should be fine, juerg told me ...

[update] You can mark 2 files/folders to change properties of both. There nautilus don't crash. Only if you mark one file/folder.

This issue should be fixed with the updated eiciel package.
