Somehow the new build of k3b 1.0.3-1 crashes my system. I had to force to install the stable one 1.0.1. This one works. Does anyone else has this problem? My system is uptodate. I noticed this also on the version 1.0.2-1.

When does it crash, already on startup? It starts fine here on unstable x86_64 but I haven't really used it.

During the startup. I see the splash screen. Seems on detection of the drives or so.

Thats the normal start of k3b 1.0.1:

I can't make a txt-file of the terminal output. Maybe a rebuild will help.

It doesn't crash here when scanning /dev/sr0. You should file an upstream bug if you want to get this fixed.

Code[In neuem Fenster öffnen]
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: dataLen: 60
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for TAO
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for SAO
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for SAO_R96P
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for SAO_R96R
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for RAW_R16
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for RAW_R96P
(K3bDevice::Device) /dev/sr0: checking for RAW_R96R

These are the last lines I see. Then my pc freezes and my tab-shift lights on my keyboard beginning to light like my pc crashes on windoof.

Hmm, on my laptop the version 1.0.2 works. My laptop has only one optical drive. Will do a upkg-upgrade on my pc and retest 1.0.2 there.
