Hello,

When I do an upgrade of the system, would it not be possible to make several steps? because you put "Installing ..." which includes the portion of téléchargelment. Would not it be better for the user to see the "Download ..." and then installation? Like arch, debian ...

Hi. Do you mean seeing the sizes of the downloads before saying yes or no to the upgrade? That would be useful information. But the ability to accept or decline individual packages during the upgrade wouldn't work very well in a rolling release.

If you use upkg-upgrade --verbose you can see the download details in the background. You can also access this information later in the log files.

I agree that it would make sense to defer installation until everything has been downloaded. I'll see what we can do.
