I want to follow http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=327613 this Ubuntu thread, but /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libgphoto2.rules does not exist. So I created a new file. /etc/init.d/udev restart did not work.

How to make this Fuji F30 usable in Paldo?

Thanks

After I had created the udev-rule, paldo did not any longer start up. I had to delete the udev-rule using a live CD...

Thanks to erch's hint http://forum.paldo.org/index.php?action=topic&topicnr=603&pagenr=1#post3722, I installed f-spot. Now I can access my photos.
